How to Book Online with Top Shelf Bartending
Top Shelf Bartending is now accepting bookings for 2025-26. Clients who do not use Google Calendar can contact Top Shelf directly via email or phone to secure service.
Clients who are ready to book immediately are invited to fill out the “Request to Book” form. Our booking form is the same for event, private party, and wedding reception bartending service.
When to Book Online with Top Shelf Bartending
We want to ensure that clients are comfortable with our process and our pricing structure. Most clients book only after having a few conversations with someone from Top Shelf.
Top Shelf Bartending provides outstanding service for most wedding receptions and private parties. We also acknowledge that Top Shelf sometimes isn’t the right fit for a certain crowd or event.
Part of our process is to have a number of conversations with clients prior to booking. We’ve found that this ultimately leads to better client satisfaction and better service.
Caterers Looking to Partner
Top Shelf Bartending is fortunate to partner with a number of caterers throughout greater Pittsburgh, PA, Wilmington, NC, and Northeast Ohio. We have found this type of relationship leads to seamless service at special events and wedding receptions.

Venues Looking to Partner with an Exclusive Bartending Service
Top Shelf Bartending has the privilege of working with a handful of great venues in Greater Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas. Check out our Preferred Partners page for more information.
And while we usually meet with Venue Owners or Venue Managers prior to providing service, we occasionally receive requests to Book Online from newer Venue Owners or Venue Managers in need of service on short notice.
Venue Owners can complete the same online booking process as Caterers or Clients. Because of the nature of the arrangement, a representative from Top Shelf will likely bring marketing materials and the appropriate paperwork to the venue prior to providing service.
One of the biggest benefits we provide to Venue Owners is the use of our Retail Liquor Liability Insurance. This is the same benefit we provide our catering partners.
As we discuss at length in a number of articles in our blog, the specific type of insurance that we carry is becoming mandatory for alcohol service at most commercial venues. There is simply too much liability attached to alcohol in certain states, and this insurance is rapidly becoming a conditional requirement.
