How to Book Online with Top Shelf Bartending
Clients who are ready to Book Online with Top Shelf Bartending are invited to fill out the “Request to Book” form for wedding reception bartending, or the “Book Now” form for Private Party bartending. Clients with Google Calendar can check our full availability through 2023.
Top Shelf Bartending is now accepting bookings for 2024. Clients who do not preferentially use Google Calendar can contact Top Shelf directly via email or phone to secure service.
When to Book Online with Top Shelf Bartending
Most clients book online only after having a few conversations with someone from Top Shelf. Each event and wedding reception is unique, and we want to ensure that clients are comfortable with our process and our pricing structure.
While we feel that Top Shelf Bartending provides excellent service for wedding receptions and private parties, we acknowledge that sometimes we aren’t the right fit for a certain crowd or event.
Part of our process is to have a number of conversations with clients prior to booking. We’ve found that this ultimately leads to better client satisfaction.
Caterers Looking to Book Online
Top Shelf Bartending is fortunate to partner with a number of caterers throughout greater Pittsburgh, PA, Wilmington, NC, and Northeast Ohio. We have found this hand-in-glove relationship leads to seamless service at special events and wedding receptions.
If you are a caterer and a client or venue that you are working with requires Retail Liquor Liability Insurance, you are encouraged to contract Top Shelf Bartending. We offer special rates for Preferred Partners.

Venues Looking to Book Online
Top Shelf Bartending has the privilege of working with a handful of great venues in Greater Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania. These venues can be found on our Preferred Partners page.
And while we usually meet with Venue Owners or Venue Managers prior to providing service, we occasionally receive requests to Book Online from newer Venue Owners or Venue Managers in need of service on short notice.
Venue Owners can complete the same online booking process as Caterers or Clients. Because of the nature of the arrangement, a representative from Top Shelf will likely bring marketing materials and the appropriate paperwork to the venue prior to providing service.
Much like the arrangement that we have with our catering partners, one of the biggest benefits we provide to Venue Owners is the use of our Retail Liquor Liability Insurance. As we discuss at length in a number of articles in our blog, the specific type of insurance that we carry is becoming mandatory for alcohol service at most commercial venues. There is simply too much liability attached to alcohol in certain states, and this insurance is rapidly becoming a conditional requirement.
